Management and governance

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The FLUVIO programme is managed by three Committees: Coordination (CCFLUVIO), Scientific (SCFLUVIO) and Advisory (ACFLUVIO). The CCFLUVIO has mostly a day-to-day operational or administrative role. The SCFLUVIO supervises the scientific aspects through close contact with supervisors and students (study design, data collection and management, data analyses, research presentations and publications). The ACFLUVIO acts as an external observer and overall program reviewer. Annually, reports are made to the funding agency.
Plenary meetings are an important part of the FLUVIO Ph.D. programme. They facilitate discussions of and solutions for day-to-day problems and sharing of experiences among supervisors and students and among institutions. They also promote presentations of research barriers, results, and ideas as they develop and serve as bonding elements throughout multiple student cohorts.

The governance of the FLUVIO programme is guaranteed by the Coordination Committee (CCFLUVIO), the Scientific Committee (SCFLUVIO) and the external Advisory Committee (ACFLUVIO).
